I can't unlock my profile

Hi! In my account I can't read my messages and it is written:

"This user is blocked (most probably due to being identified as a scammer)".

What can I do to unlock it?

Dear Evisa,

it's not your profile which is locked, it's the profile of the "family" we had to block due to identifying it as being a scammer. Therefore you also can't write any messages to them anymore.

We're currently working on improving this process of identifying, blocking and informing about scammers so that it's also more clear to au pairs who already received messages from scammers what's going on.
