I can't open messages sent to me by host family.

I guess the message you can't read is from Fitzgerald Butler (https://connectaupair.world/user/9867041)?

As you can see in his profile, this user is currently blocked, as our scam prevention algorithms identified suspicious patterns in the way he writes messages, uses our system,... (see also the FAQ about scammers). His profile will now be checked manually and eventually be re-activated, but so far the manual check mostly confirmed the scam suspicion.

You should actually also get the information, that this user is suspected of being a scammer and therefore you can't read his message in the messaging system - please let us know if this is not the case, so that we can check the reason.
