How do I get an Aupair and make the Aupair and host relationship work

  • Has anyone had an Aupair before? How did you make it work , I would appreciate any tips . I am still looking for an Aupair but I need to know what to expect and prepare

An Au pair is just someone who helps you with taking care of children and maybe do some house work..I have inboxed you

I think is a question of good and positive communication trough empathy. Also a bit of chemistry between the au pair and the family is also needed in order to see themselves in the same wave of thinking and be able to understand each other.
