Does the agency assist with visa application,payment and flights

connectAuPair isn't an agency - we are a platform to connect au pairs and families (and we also plan to work together with au pair agencies, but that's not yet implemented) who then organize everything on their own.

But of course we support you with all necessary information: Our step-by-step instruction in the country information guides you through the whole process from finding a family to living in the host country, if you have questions to a specific host country, you can always contact the respective country support manager in the connectAuPair team and of course you can also ask other au pairs and families for their advice in the community!
